How long does my order take to ship?

All orders are hand-poured and prepared with care. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and 2-5 business days for delivery. Once shipped, tracking details will be sent via email.

Yes.! Naturally Soi’ Candle Co. proudly offers International shipping to select countries. Please note that:

• Delivery time vary by destination, typically 7-14 business days after processing.

• Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country.

• Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If your candle arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery at Naturallysoicandles@gmail.com for a replacement of refund.
